2.1 Products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes.

2.2 You expressly agree that products will never be:

• Administered to or used on humans or animals
• Used for diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or medical purposes
• Used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or supplements
• Resold, redistributed, or used in commercial manufacturing without prior written consent
• Employed in any manner that violates local, state, federal, or international law

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• (a) You are at least 21 years of age
• (b) You are a trained professional or authorized representative of a legitimate research institution, university, laboratory, or licensed entity
• (c) You possess the knowledge, training, equipment, permits, and secure facilities required to safely handle, store, and dispose of these materials
• (d) You have independently verified full compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction
• (e) You will never request reconstitution, dosing, administration, or application guidance

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• FDA, DEA, EPA, TSCA, and controlled-substance regulations
• U.S. and international export controls (EAR, ITAR, OFAC)
• Import permits, customs declarations, and destination-country requirements

Premier Research LLC disclaims all liability for seizures, fines, penalties, or legal action arising from non-compliance.

6.1 We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, or regulatory concerns.

6.2 All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges except for verified shipping errors reported within 5 business days. See our Returns Policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Research LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including bodily injury, property damage, lost profits, or regulatory penalties) arising from purchase, possession, handling, storage, misuse, or disposal of any product - even if advised of the possibility.

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product at issue.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Premier Research LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your possession, handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of products
• Any violation of law or third-party rights related to your order or use
