Shipping Policy
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Effective Date: November 20, 2025
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states + territories where permitted by law).
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
- Maximum handling time: 1 business day.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after the cut-off ship the next business day.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
- All orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air.
- Tracking numbers are provided for every order via email.
- Signature may be required on delivery for orders over $200.
Delivery Timeframes
- Typical delivery time: 2 business days from shipment date (UPS 2nd Day Air).
- Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other issues outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- $15 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Free shipping on orders over $250.
