1. Shipping (U.S. Domestic Only)

• We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states + territories where permitted by law).
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or similar tracked services.
• Tracking numbers are provided for every order. Signature may be required on delivery.
• Typical delivery time: 2–7 business days from shipment date.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other issues outside our control.

2.1 Products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes.

2.2 You expressly agree that products will never be:

3. Purchaser Representations & Warranties

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• (c) You possess the knowledge, training, equipment, permits, and secure facilities required to safely handle, store, and dispose of these materials
• (d) You have independently verified full compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction
• (e) You will never request reconstitution, dosing, administration, or application guidance

4. No Advice Provided

Premier Research LLC provides no medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or application advice. All information on this site is for educational purposes only.

5. Regulatory & Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• FDA, DEA, EPA, TSCA, and controlled-substance regulations
• U.S. and international export controls (EAR, ITAR, OFAC)

6. Orders, Refusal of Service & All Sales Final

6.1 We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, or regulatory concerns.

6.2 All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges except for verified shipping errors reported within 5 business days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." No warranties of any kind (express or implied) are made, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, purity, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Research LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including bodily injury, property damage, lost profits, or regulatory penalties) arising from purchase, possession, handling, storage, misuse, or disposal of any product — even if advised of the possibility.

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product at issue.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Premier Research LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

All content on this website is owned or licensed by Premier Research LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, spider, or interfere with the site or its operation.

12. Governing Law & Exclusive Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

13. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

14. Force Majeure

Premier Research LLC is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, war, pandemics, supply-chain disruption, customs delays, etc.).

15. Severability, No Waiver & Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Premier Research LLC.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
