Returns & Refunds Policy
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable, sensitive, and strictly regulated nature of our research products:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds. However, we DO offer exchanges for qualifying issues as outlined below.
Exchange Policy
Effective Date: November 20, 2025
Exchanges may be offered for the following situations at our sole discretion:
Wrong Item or Damaged in Transit
- You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- If verified, we will offer an exchange for the same or equivalent product (no refunds).
- Original packaging must be retained for inspection if requested.
Confirmed Non-Delivery
- If the carrier officially declares the package lost (not just delayed), we will reship the order as an exchange.
- A carrier investigation must be completed before any action is taken.
No Exchanges Offered For:
- Buyer changed their mind
- Package marked "delivered" but claimed missing
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refused delivery or failed delivery attempts
- Any issue reported more than 5 business days after delivery
- Products that have been opened or used
- Any reason not explicitly listed above
How to Report an Issue
- Email support@prpeps.com within 5 business days of delivery
- Include your order number and tracking number
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
- Describe the issue in detail
- Wait for our team to review (typically 1-2 business days)
